What is Green Team? Green Team = "We Belong to the Earth.  The Earth does NOT Belong to Us."  We learn the facts about global warming - what is causing it, why it is getting worse and will continue to get worse, and what we can do about it.  Which is where the Green Team comes in.  Our primary function is to collect the recycling.  But we also do what we can to raise awareness to the problem of global warming, and the need to Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle.  We keep up-to-date with new data and new actions around the world.

It features original artwork, poetry, short stories and photography from the student body of North. Any student may join Polaris, although you do not need to be a member to submit work. The student based staff of Polaris selects the best submissions, and they are published in the Polaris magazine, which is released in June. A strong art and writing background is suggested for any student who wishes to join the staff.
