About Us
Secondchancetoys.org has partnered with the borough to collect used plastic toys that are in good condition. Toys can be dropped off on Saturday mornings between 08:00 – 12:00 at our recycling center which is located in the Public Works rear yard behind the Borough Hall. If the toys requires batteries we would appreciate new or working batteries being placed in the toy. Second Chance Toys (SCT) focuses on two of our most precious resources - children and the environment - by keeping gently used plastic toys out of landfills and putting them into the hands of children in need. We have diverted 300,000 from the waste stream. We see that as a win win.
