Gentle Yoga with Michelle is a less intense, non-strenuous, and quieter form of yoga that focuses on revitalizing the body, relaxing the mind, and reducing stress from within. Michelle Brook is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher certified by the American Yoga Academy. Wednesday, May 7th6:30 PM – 7:45 PM Gentle Yoga with Michelle is an IN-PERSON only program that is offered twice this month. This session will take place in Rooms 6 & 7. This registration is limited to 15 participants. Please bring a yoga mat, Mexican blanket, other small blanket, or a large towel with you for the class. These will be used for sitting and to cushion the knees. Register and complete the required waiver form below.

Kirsten Cowan will lead a discussion for teens (grades 6-12) on how to manage stress and similar topics while introducing common de-stress activities including bullet journaling. Kirsten is a 4-Agent with Rutgers University serving Passaic County. She and her team offer programs for youth in kindergarten through one year out of high school, covering a wide range of topics based on you interests. Programs include STEM, animal science, leadership, healthy living, gardening, and more. Kirsten’s personal areas of interest include Animal Science, College & Career Readiness, and Youth Leadership skill development.
