Stop by the library on Friday, February 6th between 10:00 AM – 6 PM and pick up a small wooden craft to make at home. Each kit contains the basic supplies and instructions you’ll need to get started. These craft kits will be available for pick up at the 1st floor Reference/Teen Services/Adult Services Desk for our teen partons (grades 6-12) . No registration is required. These grab and go crafts are available while supplies last.

WMTL Teen Advisory Board – Meeting: Thursday, February 12th | 6:30pm – 7:30pm Have an interest in making an impact at the West Milford Township Library? Need to earn some community service hours? Then join our Teen Advisory Board! At this month’s meeting, teens will come together and create Valentine’s Day themed cards to send to hospitals around the country with Cards for Hospitalized Kids! All card decorating supplies will be provided during the meeting. All TAB members who attend will be eligible for 1 hour of community service hour(s). Missing persons expert Frankie Elkin agrees to take up the search for recent Afghan refugee Sabera Ahmadi, who was last seen exiting her place of work three weeks ago, just in time for a video of the young mother to surface–showing her walking away from the scene of a brutal double murder. When her husband, Isaad, also disappears under mysterious circumstances and an attempt is made on her daughter Zahra’s life, Frankie realizes there’s much more to the Ahmadi family than meets the eye and she must quickly crack of the code of this family’s horrific past to solve this case.   Monday, February 16th at 11:00 AM OR Wednesday, February 18th at 7:00 PM     We’ll meet in the Library Conference Room on the 2nd floor. Gentle Yoga with Michelle is a less intense, non-strenuous, and quieter form of yoga that focuses on revitalizing the body, relaxing the mind, and reducing stress from within. Michelle Brook is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher certified by the American Yoga Academy. Wednesday, February 18th6:30 PM – 7:45 PM Gentle Yoga with Michelle is an IN-PERSON only program that is offered twice this month. This session will take place in Rooms 6 & 7. This registration is limited to 15 participants. Please bring a yoga mat, Mexican blanket, other small blanket, or a large towel with you for the class. These will be used for sitting and to cushion the knees. *Each registrant must complete their own waiver form* Register and complete the required waiver form below. *Please note* registration will open for West Milford residents on January 16th @ 10:00 a.m. You must have a valid West Milford Township Library card to register.
