This creative program is part show-and-tell, and part book talk making book club a fun experience for beginning readers! The book club works like this: Register for the club.Stop by the Library to pick up the supplies – a brown paper bag with questions in it. Everyone answers the same questions! Gentle Yoga with Michelle is a less intense, non-strenuous, and quieter form of yoga that focuses on revitalizing the body, relaxing the mind, and reducing stress from within. Michelle Brook is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher certified by the American Yoga Academy. Wednesday, June 11th6:30 PM – 7:45 PM Gentle Yoga with Michelle is an IN-PERSON only program that is offered twice this month. This session will take place in Rooms 6 & 7. This registration is limited to 15 participants. Please bring a yoga mat, Mexican blanket, other small blanket, or a large towel with you for the class. These will be used for sitting and to cushion the knees. Register and complete the required waiver form below. *Please note* registration will open for West Milford residents on June 1st @ 12:30 p.m. You must have a valid West Milford Township Library card to register.
