We are excited to celebrate the hard work and achievements of our 8th-grade students at our upcoming 8th Grade Continuation ceremony on Friday, May 15th, at 9:00 AM, in the LLMS Gym. Participation in this ceremony is based on academic performance during the second semester. Specifically, students must be passing all but one of their classes to be eligible; therefore, any student failing two or more courses will unfortunately not be permitted to participate. Our team has conducted an official grade check on May 1st to determine final eligibility, and parents of eligible students will receive a formal letter and two tickets by Friday May 8 Those will be sent home with your child. We also kindly ask that no balloons be brought to the ceremony; as the event is held in the gym, loose balloons can accidentally drift into the ceiling and interfere with our fire sensors, which may trigger the fire alarms. If you have any questions about your childâs eligibility, please reach out to Mr. Pendrak or Ms. Dyea.

Get ready for LLMS Fun Day! It's going to be a blast with food, games, and music! This event is designed as a high-energy reward to celebrate our students' hard work and dedication throughout the year. Please note that participation is an earned privilege: to join the festivities, students have NO behavioral referrals. Any student who has a behavior referral resulting in an In-School or Out-of-School suspension will be ineligible to participate. We encourage all students to stay focused behaviorally so they can join us for this day of food, games, and school spirit!
