Chi Flow uses Tai Chi movements to help the body move more fluidly. We pair specific movements from our Tai Chi set with exercises to help strengthen and stretch the body. This is a beginner level class geared towards adults and seniors that will build balance, stability and mobility. Tai Chi is a slow moving form of martial arts designed to restore balance and relaxation. Along with increasing balance and stability, this class will give you a chance to learn if the practice of Tai Chi is right for you. AFC716 is a Tai Chi and Kung Fu school located in Hamburg N.Y. It is owned and operated by Daniel and Kate Cimino.
