Sports physicals are available for Ross, Sonderling, and Freshman students who are interested in participating in a sport.  * If you had a physical in the last year with your physician, bring a copy to one of these sessions. * If you wear glasses bring them with you to one of these sessions. * If you need Medication (Asthma, Diabetes, Epi-pen, Seizures) bring in a completed, signed, and stamped medication form from your physician. Signatures from a parent/guardian AND the student’s health care provider are required for any medication to be given at school. This includes prescription, as well as over-the-counter medications. The form should state self-carry and self-administer. * Athletes must go to your assigned school for sports clearance. * Final Forms must be completed
