Schodack’s Continuing Education Winter/Spring 2026 Session runs from March 2–May 15, 2026. Course proposals are due Monday, January 5, 2026. Course registration information will be available shortly after. Proposing/Teaching a Course Continuing Education Course Proposal Form – Winter/Spring 2026 If you or someone you know is interested in proposing/teaching a Schodack Continuing Education course, fill out and return the proposal form. Anyone may submit a course proposal; you do not need to have a student enrolled in Schodack CSD. The submission deadline is Monday, January 5, 2026. Return completed proposal forms to Jennifer Tedford by email ([email protected]) or mail them/drop them off at the District Office address below between 8:00 AM–4:00 PM on weekdays. All CES students and /faculty staff are invited to participate in the daily themes below. Castleton Elementary Holiday Spirit Week Schedule Monday, December 15: Merry & Bright – Wear something that lights up or sparkles (Glitter, sequins, bright colors, or light-up accessories). Tuesday, December 16: Blue & White Day – Wear blue, white, or silver to recognize and appreciate the significance of Hanukkah during this season. Wednesday, December 17: Cozy Winter Day – Wear comfy sweaters, scarves, flannels, or cozy socks. This trip will be an incredible opportunity for students to explore new places, experience different cultures, and gain lifelong skills like independence and confidence. December 16 Interest Meeting Current grades 7–10 students interested in learning more about the Spring 2028 Costa Rica trip should plan to attend the interest meeting next week on Tuesday, December 16. It starts at 7:00 PM in the Maple Hill Auditorium. Students must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at the interest meeting. The assembly is for kindergarten–6th-grade students, and CES families are welcome to attend. Arrival and Exit Procedures If attending, please follow the arrival and exit procedures for CES Monthly Assemblies. Enter using the CES Large Gym exterior doors on the Campbell Ave and Ransom Ave sides of the building. Attendees must remain in the Large Gym throughout the assembly and exit through the same doors. Please do not arrive at the CES Main Entrance; go directly to the Large Gym exterior doors.
