Postnatal yoga and meditation are precious practices to navigate the exciting and challenging time of becoming a parent. Postpartum lasts three years, which is a time needed to go through the developmental process of becoming a parent. As the brain itself changes the way it operates, major shifts are experienced. It is a physical, mental, emotional, and social process. This 4 week series led by Aurore Stanek, is designed to help parents. These series are NOT Baby workshops.
