The Great Give Back: Blessing Bags for Fearless Hudson ValleyOctober Collection November Packing DayThis October, our library is proud to participate in The Great Give Back, a statewide initiative that connects libraries and their communities through meaningful acts of service. We are honored to partner with Fearless Hudson Valley to create Blessing Bags for the children staying in their careâoffering comfort, encouragement, and a reminder that their community cares.We invite our patrons, neighbors, and local businesses to join us in this heartwarming mission. Together, we can make a difference in a childâs life during a time when they need it most.What We're Collecting (all October):Toiletries (travel-sized)Cozy socksHats and gloves/mittensSmall toys or booksJournals, coloring books, art suppliesOther comfort items suitable for childrenThen in November, weâll come together for a special Packing Day, where weâll assemble all the donated items into Blessing Bags to be delivered to Fearless Hudson Valley. Itâs a beautiful opportunity to turn generosity into actionâside by side with others who care.Letâs spread warmth, kindness, and hope. Because even the smallest gift can leave a lasting impact.
