Ecotheraphy, also called nature therapy, focuses on improving mental and physical wellbeing through outdoor activities. Master Naturalist Bruce Rosenberg will lead the guided walk to different areas of Lasdon that will be explored as nature and its benefits are experienced up close. All participants should be prepared to walk, wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Bring water. This is a rain or shine event. Space is limited. Registration required.

The bouquet will become the center piece for your table while you enjoy tea and nibbles over priceless conversation, write love notes or capture the moment with a picture in the photo booth.
