Gade-O-Ween Thursday, October 30, 2025 Trunk or Treat from 5:00 - 6:45 pm Hocus Pocus on the big screen at 6:45 pm   Join us at Heritage Financial Park for an evening of Halloween festivities, starting with Trunk-or-Treat in the parking lot & main entrance featuring 15-20 local businesses!  We cap off the fun with a screening of Hocus Pocus on the field. There will also be hayrides, games, and more!  Come dressed in a costume and Trunk-or-Treat from 5:00 PM to 6:45 PM. Then head down to the field to watch the movie on the big screen starting at 6:45 PM. Don’t forget to bring a blanket or some chairs! Concessions will be available for purchase, including Pepsi beverages, hot dogs, nachos, adult beverages, and more. In the first 6 months we will meet weekly for an hour and learn about: - Healthy eating without giving up all the foods you love. - Adding physical activity into your schedule. - Dealing with stress. - Coping with challenges that can derail your progress. - Getting back on track if you stray for your plan. Over the course of the next 6 months, we continue to meet weekly, but you have the option to come twice a month. We go over strategies to stay on track and to incorporate all we have learned into a new lifestyle. One that is sustainable for the rest of our lives. Our program has been running continuously successfully for over 10 years.
