In this monthly workshop, we explore the craft of memoir writing, sharing topic ideas to get the creative juices flowing, and doing some in-workshop reading and at-home writing. Participants may share their writing with the group for constructive feedback. Community Program Coordinator, Tracy Gates, who has also worn journalist, columnist, and book editor hats will facilitate the workshop.Registration required online or at front desk.

Instructor Rebecca DeRosa studied Accessible Yoga with Jivana Heyman at Integral Yoga, NYC and trained in multiple styles of yoga in Dharamsala, India.Space for this program is limited and registration is required.
