Instructor Stephanie Durso will guide you into each pose and provide alignment cues for holding the pose and breathing deeply. Most poses are performed on a mat, but there are some seated chair modifications available if desired.  Please bring a yoga mat and optional yoga block and yoga strap if desired.The instructor is live at the Main Library. A guided visual meditation creating mental imagery, while working with the breath and taking a holistic approach addressing the whole person - physically, mentally and spiritually. It is an opportunity to actively build a solid foundation for putting forth the very best you each day. Randy Kinsley has been using visualization mediation since being introduced to it in 1977 as a 7th grade. It was introduced to her by her Mother,  a trained Hypnotist and Dale Carnegie Instructor. She has used and shared visualization mediations for the purpose of success for those seeking growth on a personal level, athletics, performing arts, academics and corporate. She has worked with travel sports teams up through D1 Programs, Non-Profit and For Profit entities, Students 2nd grade through college and performing artists to the highest amateur level.

Studies have shown singing bowl sound meditation can increase positivity as well as improving blood pressure, heart rate and respiratory rate.
