February 2026 Dear Wagner Families, We want to hear from you! The NYC School Survey will be available starting Monday, February 9, 2026, and will close on April 1, 2026. This survey aims to gather your feedback to enhance our school, improve our programs, and elevate our overall school quality. Please remember that each family must complete a survey for every child enrolled in a school. We strongly encourage all families to participate in the survey. As a thank-you, families will be entered into a raffle for a chance to win one of the following prizes: $50 Amazon Gift Card $50 Target Gift Card $50 Dunkin Gift Card $50 Dinner and Movie Gift Card Wagner Swag Gift Basket To enter the raffle, families have two ways to complete the survey: Online: Visit www.NYCSchoolSurvey.org and click on “Take the 2026 NYC School Survey.” You will need your child’s 9-digit student ID number, which can be found on their report card (attached in the recent mailing), through the NYC Schools Account, or by contacting the school. Enter a lowercase f followed by your child’s student ID number (for example: f123456789). The survey is available in 14 DOE-supported languages: English, Spanish, Albanian, Arabic, Bangla, Chinese Simplified, Chinese Traditional, French, Haitian Creole, Korean, Russian, Ukrainian, Urdu and Uzbek. Paper Version: A survey was sent out in an envelope during the week of February 2 to the address on file. To ensure your entry into the raffle, please return this survey in the green envelope provided, SEALED with your child’s name and grade written on the back. Surveys take about 2 weeks to process. OR students may hand it in to Emilia at the main office to include you in the raffle once received.
