Training includes: Adult, Child & Infant CPR Choking Barrier Devices Bag Valve Mask Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) All in attendance will receive the American Heart Association CPR book and certification card. Come and join residents, staff, and community members for monthly family movie nights this summer at The Emerald Peek Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, located at 2000 East Main Street in Peekskill! Bring a your own chair and blankets to enjoy an outdoor movie on our beautiful and spacious lawn (weather permitting). The movie will begin at sundown with complimentary popcorn provided for all attendees. Please note that the movie scheduled for Friday, June 16th has been cancelled due to the forecast for inclement weather. Tai-Chi is a series of slow, gentle, and meditative body movements that help people reduce pain, increase flexibility, improve balance, and cope with stress.
