About Us
I slept and dreamt that life was joy. I awoke and saw that life was service. I acted and behold, service was joy. ~Rabindranath Tagore Pelham Cares helps others through community service, volunteering, advocacy, and mindfulness. Students collaborate with each other and change-makers to make a difference in the world while learning about social issues.Through building a connection and commitment to the community, students form and reflect on their personal values and motivations by channeling their passionate interests into fun service-learning projects. These projects take academics and critical thinking into the real-world to help solve complex local and global problems. In this club, students take charge to lead the way to meaningful change!
