Entrepreneur Growth Lab (Fall 2025, Westchester – New York)

What is the Entrepreneur Growth Lab (EGL)? It is an 8-week course, designed for entrepreneurs at different levels. Do you have a business idea or already have an established business? In any case, there is always room to grow and improve. WEDC’s professional instructors will provide you with knowledge on various business topics so that you can develop your business idea or identify areas for improvement in your business. You will do this while using the latest business model called the Business Model Canvas. When and where are the classes? The Entrepreneur Growth Lab (EGL) starts on Tuesday, September 9, 2025. This cohort will be 8 weeks long and meets twice a week Tuesday’s (in person) and Thursday’s (virtually) both from 6 pm-9 pm. There is a Success Coaching Saturday on September 13. The in-person sessions will be held at the WEDC Westchester Class Room in White Plains, NY. Fall 2025 EGL Class Schedule. Please keep in mind that this schedule may be subject to change. What is the cost of the EGL? The cost of the program is $200. Who is the EGL designed for? The EGL is designed for those who have a business idea, some experience in the field, or have started a business. What can I expect at the end of the EGL? Upon completion of this program, you will finish with a Business Model Canvas, Executive Summary, Financial Projections and a Pitch Deck. The program culminates in a pitch contest with cash prizes! What will be covered in the EGL? WEDC’s expert trainers will assist you with navigating all aspects of starting, running and sustaining your business. We will guide you through creating your roadmap for success using the Business Model Canvas. Course Sessions and One-on-One Advising Sessions Include: Business Model Canvas: Conduct customer discovery and ensure your product/service fits the market needsCrafting Success: Create a customer profile and conduct competitive analysis for unstoppable growthDigital Dominance: Learn the latest social media strategiesPitch Perfect: Craft your executive summary and master the art of impactful pitchesBusiness Basics: Explore forms of business ownership and crafting your operating budgetFinancial Management Skills: Learn budgeting, record-keeping and financial statementsEmbark on the EGL, where you’ll master strategy, marketing and finance skills for real-world success.
