Children and teddy bears are invited to join Ms. Emily on the library lawn for the return of the annual teddy bearâs picnic.Children are encouraged to bring a stuffed toy and their lunch or a snack to listen to stories. Playtime with sidewalk chalk will follow.Bringing a blanket or lawn chairs is encouraged as the grass is often damp. In the event of poor weather, the event will be moved indoors with limited seating.
