The scheduled tasks will rotate weekly throughout Lasdon’s 234 acres. This event is for volunteers 14 years or older. Come in weather-appropriate clothes (coat rain gear hat sunscreen insect repellent) closed-toed footwear and pants are required. Gloves and tools will be provided. The Mall Walking Club meets every Tuesday and Friday. It’s a great way to enjoy the benefits of walking no matter what the weather is outdoors. One loop is about a half-mile (or 1 000 steps). To join sign up at the horse fountain on Retail Level 2 (between Crate & Barrel and Urban Outfitters) on Tuesday and Friday mornings during the program. Admission is free. Parking is free* for all registered members of the Mall Walk program from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Tuesdays and from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Fridays. *All participants are required to sign a waiver even if they have already participated.
