To join sign up at the horse fountain on Retail Level 2 (between Crate & Barrel and Urban Outfitters) on Tuesday and Friday mornings during the program. Admission is free. Join the Lasdon Green Squad to keep Lasdon Westchester’s Public Garden looking beautiful. Volunteers will work with Lasdon staff on tasks such as invasive species removal planting watering weeding trail maintenance mulching trash clean-up and other tasks. The scheduled tasks will rotate weekly throughout Lasdon’s 234 acres. This event is for volunteers 14 years or older. Come in weather-appropriate clothes (coat rain gear hat sunscreen insect repellent) closed-toed footwear and pants are required. Gloves and tools will be provided.
