The package is $4,899 for Chamber investors and $4,999 for non-investors based on double occupancy and includes roundtrip international airfare, 4-star hotel accommodations, daily breakfast and set lunch, deluxe bus transportation, English-speaking tour guides, attraction entrance fees, and more. Welcome to ElevateHER Entrepreneurs, designed just for female entrepreneurs/small business owners! This program is all about building community. After all, nobody supports an entrepreneur better than another entrepreneur. This event is designed to create space for female founders/owners to lean on each other, to encourage one another during the business lows, and to celebrate the business highs, and for all to know that we have each other's backs.  We will enjoy meeting fellow founders/owners and connecting with each other over coffee at one of the most unique businesses in the area! Come learn more about this company and the owner's entrepreneurial story. Bring your business cards, flyers, and/or brochures. We will have an announcement board so you may share any news. You are welcome to drop-in as your schedule allows or come and stay for the entire event. Join us for this year’s Economic Summit, featuring a breakfast program focused on AI, Innovation & Regional Competitiveness and how emerging technologies are shaping the future of business, workforce, and economic growth in our region. Featuring insights from industry leaders, innovators, and economic experts, attendees will explore the opportunities and challenges surrounding artificial intelligence and innovation, and what these advancements mean for businesses, communities, and the continued competitiveness of Alamance County.    The program will feature a keynote address from Dr. John Hardin, Executive Director of the Office of Science, Technology & Innovation (OSTI) at the North Carolina Department of Commerce, followed by a panel discussion moderated by Dr. Haya Ajjan, Dean of the Martha and Spencer Love School of Business and Professor of Management Information Systems at Elon University. Panelists Dr. Ken Ingle, of Alamance Community College, Scott Krewson of Anderson Sterilizers, Rob Countiss of AKG-America, and Dustin Gladwell of Charlie Mike and Elon University will share their perspectives on how businesses and organizations are leveraging innovation, adapting to emerging technologies, and preparing for the future.

Attendees will visit departments throughout the center, meet members of the teams and learn more about the many services and resources offered at this convenient location. Refreshments will be served, with plenty of time to build connections with fellow Chamber investors while gaining a better understanding of local healthcare options.   Check-In/Registration: Check-in will be located in the front lobby when guests arrive. MedCenter Walk-Through: We’ll have tables and representatives from different departments scattered throughout the first floor of MedCenter Mebane. Guests will be able to walk around, meet our teams, learn more about the different services we offer, and participate in the passport activity. Food & Drinks: We’ll have beer, wine, and food set up in the courtyard, with cocktail tables available for guests to mingle and enjoy the evening. You’re not alone.   This practical, beginner-friendly workshop is designed for Alamance Chamber investors who want to understand how tools like ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini can help them save time, reduce repetitive work, and run their businesses more efficiently.   You’ll see AI in action and get hands-on experience using it for everyday tasks such as writing emails, organizing ideas, working with spreadsheets, researching business questions, and creating reusable prompts. No technical background or previous AI experience is required.   You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of what AI can—and cannot—do, along with practical tools and at least one repeatable way to put AI to work in your business right away. Bring a laptop and a real task you’d like to make easier. Micah Ray, our workshop presenter is Co-Founder of D4 Concepts, where he advises design, construction, and service-based SMB owners on strategy, leadership, and AI readiness. His path started in a family furniture business and continued through years at Liberty Hardware—where he built deep expertise in strategy, innovation, and operational leadership as the company grew from $10M to over $200M.    He co-founded D4 with his business partner Mike Witt in 2019 to help businesses solve problems that hold them back. Through D4’s AI strategy practice and as Co-Founder of Zaiflow (AI automation and agent development), Micah helps leaders clarify strategy and processes before they implement technology. He is a Certified GiANT Worldwide Guide and regularly facilitates workshops for industry associations and company leadership teams.
