We are so thankful that you have made plans to join us for our monthly Chamber Meeting!  We want you to get the most out of your time with us, and whether this is your first meeting, or your 100th, please read all the details below regarding our meeting policies.  We appreciate your cooperation!   APRIL MEETING DETAILS Meeting Date:  April 14 RSVP Deadline:  April 9 (Registration is required for all attendees, regardless of lunch order) Speaker:  John Richardson, Harmonized Software Caterer:  Ketchie Creek Bakery Center of Attention:  Miracles in Sight Sponsor of the Month:  Novant Health Non-Profit of the Month:  Financial Paths of the Triad   CHECK IN POLICIES Official Check-In Time is 11:20 AM; meeting is from 12 - 1 PM. CHECK IN!  Whether you ordered lunch or not, please let us know you arrived to ensure we have accurate records. Check in closes at 12:00 PM. We do not allow Walk-Ins!  Please note that pre-registration is mandatory for all attendees. We are unable to accommodate walk-ins as we must prepare adequately for all guests. We send multiple reminders each month, and our office can assist with your monthly registration for a nominal fee if desired. Payment: Payment is due at the time of registration. Ordering Deadline: Lunch orders must be placed by the RSVP deadline to provide an accurate headcount to our caterer. Meal Availability: The LCCC does not order extra meals beyond registered requests. Non-Refundable/Non-Forwardable: Ordered lunches are valid only for the month of registration. If you are unable to attend the meeting and did not notify the Chamber office before the RSVP deadline, your lunch fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a future meeting. Leftovers: Any leftover food is donated and not available after the meeting ends. Supporting Members: By ordering lunch, you directly support our valuable restaurant and catering Chamber members.  Out of respect for our caterers, no outside food is permitted. Dietary Accommodations: Due to the meeting format and our caterers' selected menus, we cannot guarantee options for specific dietary needs, including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, or vegetarian meals.
