Senior Wellness Series: Stronger for Longer Class runs every Tuesday for 8 weeks at 11:00a starting on 4/1.  Stronger for Longer is a fun and engaging wellness class designed to help seniors build strength, improve balance, and enhance overall mobility.  Through a combination of low-impact exercises, functional movements and gentle stretching, this class supports independence and vitality at any age. Whether you're looking to boost your confidence, prevent falls, or simply stay active, Stronger for Longer will help you move with ease and feel your best every day.  All fitness levels are welcome--come as you are and leave feeling stronger! This class is sponsored by Novant Health and will be located at Balanced Body Solutions in Cornelius.

Davidson Scholars is a partnership program with DavidsonLearns, a local organization dedicated to the continuing education and enrichment of the lives of adults, offered at no charge September through May. Lecture topics are always changing to meet the multitudes of interests among our community members.  On the third Wednesday of every month, please join us for an engaging topic presented by an expert in the field at 1:00 p.m. at the Davidson Town Hall and Community Center (251 South St., Davidson, NC 28036). Parking is limited, additional parking can be located on Main St. or in the Davidson United Methodist Church parking lot across the street (accessible via Cathey St. or Walnut St.). The Auditorium can be accessed by entering through any of the sets of double red doors at the top of the staircase on South St. (three in a row).
