Terri Greenwood and her fiance will host our booth. The event is from 4 pm -6 pm. Need to bring: CANDY! Table, tablecloth, tent, chairs, maybe some playground passes to give away. Vendors are asked to hand out candy to event goers. Business/organization swag, brochures, etc. may also be distributed. *No items for sale please. Please plan your candy with that in mind. Vendor setup is from 2pm-3:30pm. Vendors must be completely setup and ready by 3:30pm.  Tables and tents are NOT provided.

From Ann Haag [email protected] 336-553-2774 4 adult staff will come volunteer. Meredith McGhee, Chris Burch, Ketti Overcash and Maddie Cabe Project: ?? Unfortunately, we don't have a budget to work with for this event in particular, other than supplying work gloves to the volunteers. And we are an accounting firm, so I'm not entirely sure if anyone in that office has those particular additional skills, but if you have cleaning, mucking stalls, stuffing envelopes, anything general like that, our team are willing to help out in whatever ways possible!
