Presentation to students (2 groups to cycle through 1 presentations). The 7th grade class will be working on a project all year to support Rescue Ranch. Approximately 50 students will investigate opportunities to benefit Rescue Ranch. The student will come up with a plan to fundraise, etc to accomplish a goal to serve us. A small group will work on social media while the larger group will be split up into smaller project groups around the facility. More thought and planning will go into this soon. Nici needs to get with other staff to come up with intentional and impactful project ideas.

Attendance estimated: up to 500 guests 3 food trucks (COI needed listing Rescue Ranch as additionally insured) Doosan/Bobcat will arrange for port-a-potty/handwashing station to be delivered adjacent to the playground (dumpster side of parking lot) Doosan volunteers will park at Rescue Ranch (likely near the barn to allow for any ADA parking that is deemed necessary) Todd will provide a table and chairs under the front covered area where the busses will unload for guest check-in/waivers. (Doosan volunteers will manage check-in) Bouncy house adjacent to playground.  (also needs COI listing Rescue Ranch as additionally insured). * will need a Doosan volunteer to monitor. Doosan may bring extra tables on Friday to be set-up in gravel lot. Barnyard will be open for guests to visit.  Rescue Ranch will provide monitoring of this area. Rescue Ranch will provide additional animal encounters as able.
