You even try to strength train… But you’re not exactly sure: What you should be doing How much is enough When to lift during the season Or how to fit it in without it wrecking your runs You’re not alone. Most recreational and masters runners don’t get injured because they run too much. They get injured because their training load exceeds their current strength capacity. This evening is designed specifically for runners like you. What You’ll Learn ? Why runners actually get hurt (it’s rarely what you think) ? How lifting should change in-season vs off-season ? How to lift once per week and still see results ? Why lifting won’t make you bulky ? How to build resilience without adding hours to your week What Makes This Different This isn’t a lecture.
