Penta's Adult Basic Education and Career Readiness program is a student-centered learning opportunity for adults. The classes are available at no cost to adults who want to improve on basic math and English skills in order to obtain a high school equivalency, enter post-secondary education, or prepare for additional workforce training. Penta will prepare students to take the Official GED Test. Penta provides free practice test vouchers for enrolled students.Registration is required and orientation is mandatory. Get ready for some friendly competition and fun! The Senior Library Lanes Wii Bowling League will meet every Thursday from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Walbridge Library starting September 22 through December 15.Teams of two will be scheduled to bowl against another team in a one-hour session, playing two games during that time.At the end of the season, all participants are invited to a celebration banquet on December 15, where we’ll gather to reflect on the fun and friendship of the fall season.A full schedule will be provided once registration is complete. Registration is required. To register, sign up at the Walbridge Library front desk. Once the league is full, additional registrants will be placed on the substitute list.
