This is an opportunity to pause, reflect, and celebrate the coming of light and the sun. This year, step away from the hustle of the season for an evening of rest and renewal by the fireside at Happy Days Lodge.Kim Scott Sowinski, 500 RYT, will lead a 75-minute yoga practice, followed by a selection of seasonal refreshments.Set intentions for the new year while connecting with nature at this special event. Ideal for those ages 14 and older, inclusive of all fitness and yoga abilities.This event is part of the Nature Rx program.
