Qi Gong 6 week block December start with Qi Gong with Ana Maria Carrillo 6 hours @ $120.00 6 appointments selected   Qigong will be offered at AdvancedMMC with the purpose of introducing the basic concepts, principles, and practice of a gentle, slow, and powerful form of exercise that brings multiple benefits at physical and emotional levels. Qigong, which means work with energy, is an ancient Chinese practice that is increasing in popularity in the US as a form of self-care to enhance health, well-being, and calm.
