We provide consistent access to essential groceries, including non-perishable items, fresh produce, dairy, and protein-based foods. Our goal is to ensure no household goes without access to nutritious meals during times of need. The pantry operates through community support, volunteers, and donations to meet growing demand and address gaps in food access.

The Hope for B.E.S.T. Fest will host its annual event on Saturday, September 19th, 2026, from 3pm-7pm on the south lawn of the Avon Middle School located at 3445 Long Road, Avon, Ohio. As a non-profit organization, our festival raises funds for mental health awareness resources, tools, and programs for the students in our local community. Now, more than ever, there is a growing epidemic of mental health issues among our youth, and they need our help. Over the past four years, we have successfully been able to raise close to $50,000. The festival is a community event for everyone!  There will be Food Trucks, Vendors, DJ, Family Fun Zone, Carnival Games, Raffles, Side Boards, and Silent Auctions. It is pet friendly as well!

On Thursday, September 24, 2026, the Lorain County Chamber will host its Economic Summit at Lorain County Community College, from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM. The morning brings together the leading voices working to strengthen Lorain County and the broader Northeast Ohio region — education partners, workforce agencies, economic development leaders, and industry — in a single setting. The Summit is a clear expression of the Chamber's role: it is the hub where these organizations connect, and often the catalyst that moves a promising idea from conversation to action.
