Fairfield Families will be there setting up for the Santa Shop event that will take place the next day Saturday December 6th.......We will first set up the gym while the after school program is still in the cafeteria.

Santa Shop: will run from 10am-12pm. We will set up in the gym and cafeteria. People will enter through the cafeteria doors. We will need those unlocked by 9:30am. PTO will be there at 8am.......Shopping will happen in the gym....Take your photo with Santa will happen in the gym....Snacks and drinks will happen in the cafeteria....Crafts will happen in the cafeteria....Gift wrapping will happen in the cafeteria....We are trying to get a food truck to be parked outside in the parking lot.

Fairfield Families PTO Meeting. We just need the front doors unlocked for people to get into the building for the meeting. Meeting is at 7pm. PTO will start to come for 6:30 to get things ready for the meeting. People will start to show about 6:45-7pm for the meeting.

Fairfield Families will be hosting after school shopping hours between 3:45-5:30pm, while we are setting up for our Family Story Time event. The Family Story Time event will happen while our book fair is still going on as well. The Family Story Time event and the Book Fair will be 5:30-7pm. ......People will enter from the cafeteria doors and come to the gym that way.......After the event is over at 7pm, we will clean up the whole book fair. ......*We requested the cafeteria (when the after school program is done with it for the day), because we may use that space for some of the Family Story Time activities. We are not 100% sure yet but thought we should add it to our request to be safe.
