Some of the topics include: Identifying, removing, or avoiding fall hazards inside and outside your home Understanding how vision, hearing, medication, and footwear affect your risk. Practicing strength and balance exercises tailored to your needs. Learning the safest way to get back on your feet if a fall occurs.
