Once per month, we host a cookbook club-meets-potluck event that always draws a crowd. Each member picks a recipe from the same book and they bring in the dish to share. Led by local chef LaDonna Oltmanns. The result is a potluck with lots of talk about cooking and recipes and how to improve on them. This month's cookbook is The Great American Recipe Cookbook: Regional Cuisine and Family Favorites from the Hit TV Show. Please bring a plate and utensils for yourself and a serving spoon for your dish.Space is limited. Starting April 13, check with the information desk to see if space and a copy of the cookbook are available for this month's meeting. Follow food safety protocols when preparing and serving food. Please have a copy of the recipe available.
