Once per month, we host a cookbook club-meets-potluck event that always draws a crowd. Each member picks a recipe from the same book and they bring in the dish to share. Led by local chef LaDonna Oltmanns. The result is a potluck with lots of talk about cooking and recipes and how to improve on them. This month's theme is Egg Roll Wrappers. Please bring a plate and utensils for yourself and a serving spoon for your dish.Space is limited. Starting May 18, check with the information desk to see if space is available for this month's meeting. Follow food safety protocols when preparing and serving food. Please have a copy of the recipe available.
