Pickerington Board of Education M eeting Notice for Monday, June 22, 2026 Special Meeting (Work Session) The Pickerington Local Schools Board of Education will convene a Special Meeting (Work Session) , pursuant to Ohio Revised Code 3313.16, on Monday, June 22, 2026, beginning at 5:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Performing Arts Center at Pickerington High School North, 7800 Refugee Road, Pickerington, Ohio. The purpose of the Work Session is for the Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer to provide the Board of Education with an update on the District’s financial landscape. No action is expected to be taken by the Board of Education. The Pickerington Local Schools Board of Education reviewed the District's financial outlook and previously announced considerations and a projected reduction plan during a June 1 Work Session. Updated projections show the District facing a projected $19 million deficit by Fiscal Year 2029. District leaders reviewed current reductions, discussed potential future reductions, and outlined plans for upcoming community listening sessions. Community members are invited to attend upcoming listening sessions to learn more, ask questions, and share feedback regarding the District's financial future and communications efforts.
