Every season the staff of Perry's Victory and International Peace Memorial presents historic weapons demonstrations. These presentations are offered Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from Memorial Day weekend through Historic Weekend in September. One weekend a month we pull out our reproduction carronade to give firing demonstrations. Check the park's calendar for when the carronade comes out.Members of the park staff conducting these demonstrations complete black powder training according to NPS guidelines and are certified by the Park's historic weapons supervisor.  

Due to construction at the memorial plaza. Demonstrations will take place on the lawn behind the Visitor Center.
