Members, it's time for another special continuing education session! For this session, we have a CPA who will help you get your business squared away on the financial side of things. Topics include entity and tax setup, banking, funding, and money management, people and compliance hazards, risk mitigation, financial operations, and more. This event is open to Chamber members only and is FREE to attend! Coffee and scones will be provided.     The event is hosted at:  320 on Main 320 W. Will Rogers Blvd.  Historic Downtown Claremore  and will kick off at 9:00.  Registration for this event closes at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 21.

We are thrilled to announce that Joe Mathis of Apropo will join us to facilitate this very special Chamber event, presented by Armstrong Bank. Tulsa-based Apropo helps individuals, organizations, and communities elevate communication, hospitality, etiquette, protocol, and social intelligence. Whether in the boardroom, the dining room, or the community room, their goal is simple: to help people treat one another better. If you or your team deals with clients, CEOs, board members, or people in general, you won't want to miss this special event!  This event is scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 29 at the Dr. Carolyn Taylor Center at Rogers State University. An evening celebrating the women who lead, serve, and inspire. Join the Claremore Area Chamber of Commerce for an elegant evening celebrating ten extaordinary women whose leadership, work ethic, and dedication to community service are making a difference across Claremore and Rogers County. Each honoree is nominated by members of the community who have witnessed her impact firsthand; whose contributions exemplify leadership and service across a diverse range of fields—including business, manufacturing, healthcare, education, government, nonprofit service, and community leadership. The evening includes an elegant catered dinner, drinks, music, and recognition of this year's Leading Ladies. We are excited for the return of our beloved dessert auction and wine pull. This Year's Theme: Stars Over the Prairie This year's gala brings a touch of prairie glamour to an evening dedicated to Claremore's leading women. Guests are encouraged to wear their best western cocktail attire and enjoy an evening of dinner, drinks, music, recognition, and celebration. For $25, guests can take their chance at our Leading Ladies Wine Pull and select a mystery bottle from a curated collection of wines ranging from approachable favorites to premium, high-end selections. Each bottle will be wrapped or presented so its identity remains a surprise until it is chosen. Once you've made your selection, the choice is yours: take your bottle home to enjoy later or have one of our on-site bartenders open it for you to share with your table. The only stop on this one-night-only holiday tour rolls into downtown Claremore on Saturday, December 12, 2026, where holiday classics meet legendary rock anthems in a celebration that's sure to have the whole community singing along. Whether your inspiration comes from Elvis, KISS, Queen, AC/DC, Journey, The Beatles, Bon Jovi, Taylor Swift, or your favorite Christmas album, parade participants are encouraged to create floats, vehicles, walking groups, and performances that bring the spirit of rock and roll together with the magic of Christmas. This year's parade will follow the traditional route, from the Claremore Expo Center eastbound on Will Rogers Boulevard.   We are excited to announce Josey Scott, lead singer of Saliva, as this year's Grand Marshal!   All applications must be returned by December 10, 2026. No late registrations will be accepted. 🚗 Visual Style & Float Idea* ELFis Presley on Tour - Elf Elvis center stage, singing and playing The King's hits in a festive holiday jumpsuit under a million twinkling lights. Rudolph's North American Tour - Christmas spirit was NEVER A PHASE, mom! Checkerboard vans and studded belts accompany jingle bells and skateboard decks with faux snow all around. *Remember: NO SANTAS other than the official Chamber Santa!  Christmas lights are required on all displays.
