The Festival of Trees is a holiday-themed dinner and auction gala that serves as a beacon of hope, bringing together a community dedicated to the well-being of others. This enchanting evening is not only a celebration of the season, but also a pivotal fundraising opportunity. With a variety of donors and sponsors, the silent and live auctions will not only include many unique items, but also experiences, just in time for the holidays. Of course, there will be several intricately designed and decorated trees and wreaths going up for auction as well. The Festival of Trees illuminates the path toward a safer and more secure future for those served by Safenet Services, marking it as their most significant fundraising endeavor each year. By attending this event, guests and sponsors directly contribute to the well-being and safety of survivors.

This year's 2025 Christmas parade will follow the traditional downtown format on Saturday, December 6, 2025. The parade will begin at 6:00 p.m.  Christmas lights are required on all displays. All applications must be returned by November 28, 2025. This year's theme is 'Christmas Kicks on Route 66!'  A festive mash-up of vintage road-trip nostalgia and holiday spirit, perfect for Claremore’s historic downtown parade route. 🚗 Visual Style & Float Ideas: Retro Cars Decorated for Christmas Think The Grinch in a '57 Chevy or reindeer riding in classic convertibles. "Kicks" Motif Lean into the “Get Your Kicks on Route 66” song—add dancing elves and boogie-woogie tunes. Route 66 Icons with Holiday Twists Motels decked with lights, vintage gas stations with wreaths on the pumps, or neon signs spelling “Merry Christmas.” Reindeer Road Trip Floats themed like stops along Route 66—from Tulsa to Flagstaff—with the reindeer making deliveries from town to town. 🎶 Music & Performance Ideas: Marching bands playing rockabilly versions of carols Dancers in poodle skirts and ugly Christmas sweaters A flash mob to “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree” meets “Route 66” *Remember: No Santas are allowed other than the official Chamber Santa!
