Whether you’re a beginner trying to navigate your first smartphone or a more experienced user looking to troubleshoot an issue with your computer or assemble a custom PC build, we’re here to help. Drop-in to ask questions and receive one-on-one assistance with a variety of topics, including but not limited to: Basic computer skills (e.g. how to use a mouse, open and close programs, create and save documents) Setting up and using an email account Using search engines and the internet Transferring files and photos between devices Basic smartphone and tablet skills (e.g. how to make a call, send a text message, install and use an app) Plan a custom PC build (e.g. determine hardware compatibility, budget for components, tips for assembly) Optimize your gaming PC (e.g. enable XMP/DOCP RAM profiles, install latest graphics drivers) No matter your level of experience, we welcome you to join us!
