Dog Adoption Event @ Rogue Valley Pet

Join the FOTAS Foster Team the last Saturday of every month for a Fantastic Foster Dog extravaganza!Thanks to Rogue Valley Pet, in Central Point we are able to showcase our foster dogs the last Saturday of month, 10am-2pm.Â Itâs an open house where you can meet and greet with some very special dogsâŚ.all lovingly cared for by foster parents.Â Â Visiting with the dogs and the foster team is a fantastic way find out all about the dogs before adoption.Â These dogs have received lots of love and attention and are now ready for their forever home.Â Dogs from other non-profit rescue groups will also be invited so youâll be able to meet a great selection of super dogs. Fostering helps them adjust to a home environment, making the transition into a new home easier for all.Â Â More one-on-one attention:Â Dogs in foster care receive more attention than they might in a crowded shelter. This helps the dogs decompress and let their wonderful real personality come out.Â Â Better behavior: Dogs in foster care show significant improvements in behavior, such as being more playful, friendly, and confident.Â Â Learn more about the dog: Foster parents know all sorts of info about the dog they are caring for. This helps provide a great jumpstart for the new people adopting a foster dog.Â Finding the best fit for everyone, dog included, makes for a great adoption!Â Free up space in the shelter: FOTAS fosters those Shelter dogs that are having the hardest time in the Shelter.
