Join Michelle St. Romain Wilson, an author, poet, and experienced facilitator for a writing and art workshop where we will explore the thoughts and feelings we may not have time to express in our busy lives. We will use creative activities to find a format for expression and to connect with each other in a beautiful setting. You do not need to consider yourself a writer or an artist to join. You will be given choices about what you want to share, as we create a sense of community and creative expression. We will draw from research-backed writing processes that allow us to uncover what may be blocking us from moving forward with energy and a sense of purpose.
