This will be the weekly meeting time for each classroom to staff students, plan activities and prep for the week. Admin and Related Services will need access to classroom notes which are to be taken each week. This allows us to do follow up where indicated.  Additionally, related service team members and lead BSFs may push into these meeting times to provide consultation, build strategies, updates PBISPs and provide support with collaborative problem solving plans.  Given the limited time for dedicated time for each classroom team--IEP Meetings, Debriefs and Follow ups meetings should NOT be scheduled during these times without admin approval first.
