Springfield Pharmacy will provide flu vaccinations for students and staff on Thursday, October 22, 2026. An online consent form is required for anyone receiving a flu shot. Please complete the Flu Shot Consent Form  by 5 p.m. on October 21. Registered students will receive their flu shot during the school day. Staff can visit Sun Valley High School between 3:00 and 4:00 p.m. to receive their vaccination. Sign Up for Flu Shot
