Is your pup yelping to be a BARK Ranger? Stop by the Pop Up for Pups! This drop-in style program will be at Toms Creek Trailhead. Complete the pet-friendly activities with your pup to earn the Delaware Water Gap NRA BARK Ranger badge and a certificate. There will also be a pet-friendly, ranger-led walk on the Toms Creek trail at noon. This event is rain or shine, so please dress appropriately for the weather. Pets must be under control and on a 6ft leash at all times while in the park (as per BARK Ranger and park rules). Please bring water and anything your pet might need for the time you are at the event.

There is a reason "you rock" is a compliment! Rocks are super cool! Learn how scientists examine the past by studying rock types and fossils. Science Summer Camp is a free, family-friendly event that offers a variety of science activities exploring the resources within Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area. Over six consecutive Fridays, beginning June 28th, participants will travel to different areas of the park and explore lesson themes such as botany, geology, and wildlife biology. Science Summer Camp is open to all ages and encourages families to learn and explore together!

Please arrive on time as the walks will start promptly.Picnicking and swimming are not permitted at this site. If you are interested in picnicking and swimming after the Waterfall Walk, Milford Beach is just a few minutes to the north.Please dress appropriately, as these walks are rain or shine. However, the walks may be postponed or cancelled due to hazardous weather.

Docents from the Walpack Historical Society will be offering tours of the Van Campen Inn, the Walpack Center Church, Rosenkrans Museum, and the Walpack barn. These events are weather dependent. Please check the Walpack Historical Society's Facebook page for updates on the event.

Walpack Center is located along Route 615 in New Jersey. The Van Campen Inn is located across the ridge from Walpack Center and is accessed from the gravel section of Old Mine Road.
