Join a reading group that encourages an informed citizenry through careful discussion of socially relevant books.The Civic Reading Group focuses on nonfiction works that deepen our understanding of our social world, politics, and current events.Registered participants will receive a free copy of the book to keep! After registering, stop in at the Edinboro Branch Library to pick up your book. Registration is required for this free program.

If you are a kid who likes bricks, blocks, and being boisterous, then you should come join the Building Buddies Brigade!The community room is open weekly to allow children to get to know each other and play together using Edinboro's extensive supply of building materials. There is no supervision and no agenda: just a room full of building materials and enough space for everyone to have fun making something (and of course knocking it down). KEVA blocks, Lincoln Logs, Bankers Box Bricks and more will be available. Children of all ages are welcome, and parents can enjoy the chance to meet other parents in the community. Recommended age is 1 to 6 years old, although older children can accompany younger siblings.You can always check out these great books for building inspiration!

Hearing Loss Support Group

This self-guided group will provide an opportunity for individuals experiencing hearing loss to meet with each other. It will give participants a chance to share their stories, discuss strategies, and talk about available resources within a supportive environment.
