From Garden to Table: A Family Nutrition & Cooking Class  Join us for a fun and interactive nutrition and cooking class series designed especially for families. In this hands-on experience, weâll explore how fresh, seasonal produce from the garden can be transformed into healthy, flavorful meals everyone can enjoy. Adults and caregivers will learn practical tips for growing and using garden foods, including simple gardening advice, garden-inspired recipes, ingredient swaps, and helpful food safety and preservation techniques. Participants are also invited to bring a favorite recipe to share and swap with others. This class is child-friendly and designed to get kids excited about healthy eating. Children will discover how fruits and vegetables grow and learn how garden foods help fuel their bodies. Through games, tasting activities, and hands-on exploration, kids will see just how fun and delicious healthy cooking and eating can be. Come learn, cook, taste, and grow together as a family! đąđĽđ
