During class the kids will be learning simple yoga poses, playful breathing exercises, and relaxation. We will incorporate songs, games, stories, and art to bring yoga to life for your children. These classes are a great way for your kiddo to practice fine and gross motor skills, social skills, and begin to learn calming tools.Winter/Spring Dates:January 7February 4March 4April 1May 6Please bring a mat if you have one, but no worries if you don't - a mat will be provided.Registration preferred, but walk-ins welcome!
