Coffee, Crafting, and Community Group This group meets every Wednesday morning from 10:00 AM to noon at the Drew’s Hope Grief Center. It offers a supportive environment for grievers to gather and work on any crafty projects they wish to bring. For those who don't have their own projects, we provide adult coloring books and puzzles. Occasionally, there may even be a group craft project. Coffee and tea are provided, and you’re welcome to bring a snack to share! For more information, contact the Drew Michael Taylor Foundation at 532-8922 or by email at [email protected]. Pre-registration is requested to help our facilitators prepare for the group, and to ensure they can reach you if the group is cancelled due to weather or other reasons.

Each live concert performance includes over two hours of unbridled, high voltage entertainment featuring all the hit songs of the 50’s era: That’ll Be The Day, Peggy Sue, Oh, Boy, Rave on, La Bamba, Chantilly Lace, and many, many more. John Mueller, the critically acclaimed former star of the U.S. touring version of the London/Broadway hit musical “Buddy..the Buddy Holly Story,” performs as Buddy Holly with Linwood Sasser as the Big Bopper and Ray Anthony as Ritchie Valens. NYANG was created in October 2017 by Randy Wilson of REEL PD and Michelle Rebok of Cross Country Mortgage as a way to help area professionals to grow themselves, grow their businesses, and to help the community.   NYANG membership is exclusive to a single industry sphere, such as business coaching.  However, it is possible for example, to have two businesses coaches be members at the same time if they agree on any existing overlap, and are not competing against each other for the same niche market. Membership investment is highly accessible to non-profits and new businesses as the amount to join is only $10 per month, or $100 if a full year is paid for at one time.  All money that is invested is donated on a quarterly basis to area non-profits.  Over $5,000 has been donated. If you are looking for a networking group, or are a member of another group and would like to see what NYANG is like, you are invited to come and visit.

GriefKnits is an arts/crafts-based grief support group for adults who are grieving the death of a loved one. The group meets the 2nd Thursday of each month from 7:00-8:30 p.m. at the Drew's Hope Grief Center, 946 Ashton Dr., Shippensburg, PA. Pre-registration is requested by emailing the DMTF at [email protected]. This is especially important so we can notify you if the group gets canceled for some reason. Group description - Knitting has shown positive mental health benefits for grievers. Come and meet others who are grieving the death of a loved one and learn to knit or bring another craft project of your choice! Any arts/crafts that offer a positive mindset can be helpful to a griever, especially when gathering with other grievers for fellowship and support.
