It offers a supportive environment for grievers to gather and work on any crafty projects they wish to bring. For those who don't have their own projects, we provide adult coloring books and puzzles. Occasionally, there may even be a group craft project. Coffee and tea are provided, and you’re welcome to bring a snack to share! Mark your calendar and come on down to the Wash N Whirl between 7 and 9 pm!!    MTN has partnered with the Wash n Whirl of Shippensburg to host a Free Laundry Night on the third Wednesday of every month to provide a location to do just that. When people enter the facility, they are greeted with a welcoming smile and encouragement as our team places the money into the machines and provides detergent and fabric softener if requested. We have encountered tears of appreciation, words of encouragement, and words of thanks to our members for offering something so necessary. Community by definition, is a feeling of fellowship with others as a result of sharing common goals. Our town defines community when we see adversity, come together to set a goal, and act on the solution! We appreciate your support as we open this door of blessings!

Summer Learning Program 2025 Registration Date: June 23rd - August 8th; no program on July 4th  Time: 8:30 am - 12:00 pm Monday - Friday Breakfast is served from 8:30-9:00 am Lunch is served from 11:30 am - 12 pm. Any child 18 years and younger can receive breakfast and lunch without registration. If you want to participate in the programming, you must register your child(ren). Where: James Burd Elementary, 600 Brad Street., Shippensburg, PA 17257 After you have registered your child(ren), follow us on Facebook for updates and keep an eye on your email Fridays are field trips! 40 children will be able to attend field trips. You can sign up your child for field trips the Monday before the field trip. We ask that your child particpates in the program at least 2 days a week in order to be signed up for the field trip due to limited space.  Registration is good for the whole summer. We are an open site meaning that your child(ren) can attend one day, two days, or as many days as they would like to attend. This is a FREE program. However, if you are financially able to contribute to our costs for this program, you can donate online by CLICKING HERE, and in the "comment" section, please put "Summer Learning Program." NYANG was created in October 2017 by Randy Wilson of REEL PD and Michelle Rebok of Cross Country Mortgage as a way to help area professionals to grow themselves, grow their businesses, and to help the community.   NYANG membership is exclusive to a single industry sphere, such as business coaching.  However, it is possible for example, to have two businesses coaches be members at the same time if they agree on any existing overlap, and are not competing against each other for the same niche market. Membership investment is highly accessible to non-profits and new businesses as the amount to join is only $10 per month, or $100 if a full year is paid for at one time.  All money that is invested is donated on a quarterly basis to area non-profits.  Over $5,000 has been donated. If you are looking for a networking group, or are a member of another group and would like to see what NYANG is like, you are invited to come and visit.
