Swarthmore21 is a group of Swarthmore residents who share a vision for a vibrant, thriving, and sustainable business district in Swarthmore. We’re proud to be leading a community effort in 2017 to remove long-standing restrictions around the sale of beer, wine, and spirits in our town. We believe that doing so will help existing and prospective businesses compete more effectively and better meet the demands of consumers in our town.
