Members of the public are welcome to attend our Board of Trustees meetings. They usually meet at 6:30 p.m. on the second Thursday of the month. We post our board minutes from the past year along with our most recent agenda on our Publications page.

Widowed Tova Sullivan works at the Sowell Bay Aquarium, keeping busy to help her cope, which she’s been doing since her son, Erik, mysteriously vanished on a boat in Puget Sound. At the aquarium, Tova befriends the curmudgeonly Marcellus, a giant Pacific octopus who deduces what happened the night Erik disappeared. Now, he must use every trick his old invertebrate body can muster to unearth the truth for her before it’s too late. Whether you work with hooks or needles, yarn or thread, you’re welcome to join the club!

Creation Station: Weird Water

Learn about capillary action, or the flow of water in narrow spaces, with a couple fun experiments. For Grades 3-6. Registration required.

Lehigh Valley Crimes Through Time

Join Ellen Flynn as she takes us through Lehigh Valley true crime cases of the 1800s. Registration is requested.
